Mentor Bio:
Competing at the highest levels of female hockey has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed, but it’s also shown me how vital mentorship is. Having someone who truly understands the journey and can guide you through the ups and downs makes all the difference. That’s the kind of mentor I strive to be. I aim to help young players strengthen their mindset, build confidence, and develop the mental tools that are just as essential as physical skills.
