The FREDERICTON KIA Elite League is built for guys who want to stay in great game shape, compete, and be ready for camp. It will be high-tempo hockey with full stat tracking, weekly games, and something on the line every time you step on the ice. Between cash prizes, cool giveaways, and individual awards, there’s real motivation to win games, rack up points, and show out all summer. Games will be watched by local junior and QMJHL scouts.

Rules
- 5-on-5 full-ice gameplay
- No hitting (containment and rub-outs allowed)
- Penalties:
- 2-minute minors
- Game misconduct = 1-game suspension
- Fighting = removal from league
- 2-minute minors
- Gameplay Rules:
- Icing only from below defensive blue line (Hybrid icing)
- No change after icing the puck
- Puck off mesh = live play
- Faceoffs must be quick and efficient
- Icing only from below defensive blue line (Hybrid icing)
Game Length:
- Warm-up: 3 minutes
- 3 x 15 minute periods
