My path started in Scarborough’s Little Sharks, through Victoria Village house/select, and A/AA with the East Ender Tie-Cats and Scarborough Young Bruins before moving to girls’ hockey with the Scarborough Sharks (A/AA). I played two seasons of Junior with the Whitby Wolves and five years in USPORTs at Wilfrid Laurier University, serving as assistant captain in my final two. Now in year two of Hockey Canada’s Creating Coaches Mentorship Program, I am coaching the Scarborough Sharks U18 AA and brings 5+ years of development experience across camps, team practices, and private and group sessions.
Mentor Bio
With 5+ years coaching girls’ hockey, I mentor from real experience, as a player who’s faced the game’s challenges and as a coach who’s seen women’s hockey grow. My approach is empathy, respect, and leading by example. Drawing on kinesiology and sport psychology, I help you build confidence, mindset, and skills that translate beyond the rink. We’ll focus on resilience under pressure and consistent habits that drive long-term success. I’m in your corner to help you reach the next level and turn goals into reality. Together we'll build your path to success.
