Playing Bio

I grew up in St. Albert playing boys’ minor hockey before moving to Okanagan Hockey Academy (CSSHL), earning selections to Team Alberta (AWG/U16 Top 40) and Team BC for the U18 Nationals. At the University of Saskatchewan, I reached U SPORTS Nationals (bronze) and earned multiple honours, including back-to-back U of S Top Forward and Canada West All-Star. I turned pro in 2024–25 in Switzerland and now play in Sweden (2025–26).

Mentor Bio

Hockey has been the single greatest part of my life. It’s where I’ve learned the value of hard work, resilience, and teamwork—and where I’ve made unforgettable memories, lifelong friendships, and learned the most important life lessons. But I didn’t learn these lessons easily—I learned them the hard way, through setbacks, pressure, injuries, and moments of self-doubt. Growing up playing boys’ hockey, competing on provincial and national teams, and now playing professionally overseas, I’ve experienced firsthand what it takes to push through challenges, stay focused, and keep loving the game even when it gets tough. Looking back, I often wished I had someone outside of a coach, parent, or peer—someone who truly understood what I was going through and could guide me through those challenges. That’s the mentor I want to be. My goal is to help the next generation of players have an easier path than I did by sharing the lessons, tools, and strategies I had to figure out the hard way. I teach young players how to build confidence, recover quickly from mistakes, strengthen their mindset, and stand out from their peers. Beyond just skills on the ice, I guide them to be strong teammates, resilient leaders, and well-rounded people. Hockey has given me so much, and mentoring is my way of giving back—helping young players grow, enjoy the game to its fullest, and gain a real edge on their journey both in hockey and in life.
